MEET THE CREW
Justin
I spent most of my life white-knuckling it. It was the only way I knew how to live life. I was brought up not to really talk about your problems. That showed signs of weakness.

After a long jail stay, sorting out some of my problems alone, and learning to forgive myself for my actions, I faced the hardest times of my life.

It wasn't till I went to treatment for substance use disorder that I learned it's okay to talk about your feelings. This was a time I really opened up about everything in my life. I also realized I wasn't alone, many men suffered the same trauma as I did.

That was my turning point. Once I got over my trauma I began to heal mentally. I still go to therapy to better my life. It really does help keep me on track.
